Kesar is a variety of mango, just like mango alphonsa. It is widely grown in the north of India. The pulp is obtained from mango and acquires a natural sweetness. Great is suitable alone or heated and poured for ice cream. Added to vanilla ice cream, it is also a great ice cream cocktail. It is often used in sweets and yogurt drinks.
