Punjabi Tinda is also known as “Indian baby pumpkin”. It is a squash-like cucurbit grown for its immature fruit, a vegetable especially popular in south Asia. The white flesh is tender, moist, and spongy and contains many small, edible, cream-colored to pale yellow seed. It is soft with a mild flavor similar to a cucumber.

Vadilal Punjabi Tinda is premium quality, hygienically packed ready to cook frozen vegetable. It is free from any foreign matter, artificial color, flavor and preservatives. It is blanched and then freezed by Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) technology to lock the freshness.
